Olaniyi Olutimehin is the visionary Founder and Managing Director/CEO of RCIC, bringing over 20 years of extensive expertise in both research and marketing domains. As a distinguished member of NIMRA, PAMRO, and AMRA, he combines his extensive research skills with a keen understanding of sales and product activation dynamics to drive impactful strategies. His passion lies in crafting tailored solutions that resonate with brands and deliver meaningful experiences to consumers.
Throughout his illustrious career, Olaniyi has ascended through various roles, from field supervisor to country operations Director at MSC, overseeing multiple countries across West, East, and Central Africa. His diverse portfolio includes managing research projects for renowned multinational corporations such as Vodafone, Millicom, Airtel Tigo, and MTN. With a holistic approach, he orchestrates the design, development, and communication of marketing strategies aimed at establishing and enhancing company and product brands and distribution of products. Olaniyi’s unique blend of research acumen and sales and brand activations expertise drives RCIC’s success in delivering innovative solutions that yield tangible results for clients.

With 16+ years of work experience covering Market, Media and Social Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, Business Development, Go to Market Strategy Development and Execution, Media Monitoring and General Management, he has extensive experiences across West, East & Central Africa building businesses from scratch.
He was the Country Manager for Media Monitoring Services, Ghana & Cote D’Ivoire, the Country Manager Media Trak Ghana, Business Development Lead, Content and Compliance Monitoring Ltd, Nigeria among many others.
Wale uses his depth of experience, combined with his management and brand management skills, to guide leading brands to enhance their portfolios, maximize their media investments and to develop winning marketing strategies that guarantees brand growth.

BABATUNDE EMMANUEL KAYODE

Sales and Operations Executive

Babatunde Emmanuel infuses every project with a wealth of sales and marketing knowledge. His professional path is evidence of his creativity and skill in a variety of fields. Emmanuel developed his marketing skills by beginning with basic positions at Siie Integrated Services and Mutual Benefit Life Assurance. He moved into sales roles at Multipro Consumer goods and First Choice Retailing with ease, and he was very successful, especially with goods like Power Oil and Indomie Noodles. Emmanuel now uses his sales and research expertise at Research and Consumer Insight (RCIC) to meet daily sales goals and spur unheard-of growth. Emmanuel is a skilled sales and operations team member that constantly improves team performance, making sure that every project is successful.

NANA OWUSU SEKYERE

Sales and Operations Officer

Nana Owusu-Sekyere is a proactive and outcome-driven professional, bringing together a wealth of experience in market research and sales. His career journey showcases his versatility and ability to thrive in diverse roles, transitioning from interviewer to sales supervisor with remarkable success. Nana has developed his research expertise through extensive involvement in product testing, focus groups, and in-depth interviews, all while demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills. In his current capacity as a Sales and Operations Officer at Research and Consumer Insight, Nana adeptly utilizes his comprehensive skill set to drive sales and operational efficiency, consistently delivering exceptional results for the team.

Richard is a seasoned professional with over five years of experience in financial management and administrative functions. He possesses strong organizational skills and a keen focus on achieving results. Throughout his career, Richard has excelled in diverse fields such as healthcare and education, demonstrating proficiency in tasks ranging from data entry and bookkeeping to financial reporting and budgeting.
